Mackerel can be used instead of the salmon...and I've used leftover fresh salmon.
Once after having fresh salmon and couscous for dinner, I used the leftovers and made these patties. Turned out great!

- pink salmon
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- green onion, sliced, opt
How to Make Salmon Patties
- 1Put can of salmon into a dish (juices too), with your fingers remove all bones. To the fish add the egg and flour. Mix together, and form into patties. Fry until golden on both sides.
