salmon patties
Miss Mary was in her 80's when she taught me this recipe, while I lived in Louisiana. Mackerel can be used instead of the salmon...and I've used leftover fresh salmon. Once after having fresh salmon and couscous for dinner, I used the leftovers and made these patties. Turned out great!

Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 - egg
- - flour
- - pepper, to taste
- - garlic powder, to taste
- - green onion, sliced, opt
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Put can of salmon into a dish (juices too), with your fingers remove all bones. To the fish add the egg and flour. Mix together, and form into patties. Fry until golden on both sides.
