This is just a regular simple salmon patty recipe with a little twist. Hope you enjoy

Ingredients

  • 14.75 oz cans pink salmon chicken of the sea brand name
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons tajin clasico seasoning mild (see picture related to this recipe)
  • 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs approx.
  • 3/4 cup olive oil, light
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make salmon patties

  • Step 1
    Drain Salmon and mince up until there are no large pieces.
  • Step 2
    add all ingredients except for oil and butter
  • Love this lime seasoning in just about everything. You get it in the salad section at Wal Mart in my home town.
    Step 3
    Mix well. Pat out your salmon mixture into 7 patties. (It should be moist but not enough to where it falls apart when you patty it out. If it is too moist add some more bread crumbs.)
  • Step 4
    Put oil and butter in your pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
