Ingredients

14.75 oz can(s)pink salmon chicken of the sea brand name
-
2eggs
-
3 Tbspfinely chopped onion
-
1/2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspdill weed
-
2 tsptajin clasico seasoning mild (see picture related to this recipe)
-
3/4 cfine bread crumbs approx.
-
3/4 colive oil, light
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Salmon Patties
- Drain Salmon and mince up until there are no large pieces.
- add all ingredients except for oil and butter
- Put oil and butter in your pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
