Salmon Patties

Ingredients

1 lbsalmon, flaked (you can use canned salmon but drain it and make sure you have the skin and bones out)

1 largeegg

2 Tbsponion, finely chopped

2 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1 tspwochestershire sauce ( i have no idea if i spelled that right but since no one can say it right either i am not worried about it)
-
1/4 cfine bread crumbs or 1/4 cup mashed potato
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Salmon Patties
- 1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. (if it's too dry to form a patty add a touch of milk).
- Form patties and dip into additional bread crumbs. Preheat frying pan. Oil pan well and fry them up!
