Ingredients

1 can(s)salmond or mackrel with broth

1 pkgsaltine crackers crumbled

1 smallonion diced fine if desired

2 largeeggs
-
1 cor less for frying
How to Make Salmon Patties
- Open fish and pour into bowel with broth. Take center bones out and break up meat slightly.
- Add diced onion if desired, cracker crumbs and eggs. Mix well with hands. Set aside for 5-10 minuted to allow time for crackers to absorb broth.
- Place oil in fry pan and heat while forming fish into patties. Brown patties on one side then turn and brown on other side. Remove to serving platter.
