Ingredients
- 1 can salmond or mackrel with broth
- 1 package saltine crackers crumbled
- 1 small onion diced fine if desired
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup or less for frying
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Open fish and pour into bowel with broth. Take center bones out and break up meat slightly.

Step 2Add diced onion if desired, cracker crumbs and eggs. Mix well with hands. Set aside for 5-10 minuted to allow time for crackers to absorb broth.

Step 3Place oil in fry pan and heat while forming fish into patties. Brown patties on one side then turn and brown on other side. Remove to serving platter.
