This is another recipe that I got from my mother and I love it as does everyone else I have made it for.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
15 oz. canned salmon
1/2 c
onion, chopped fine
2 clove
garlic, chopped fine
3/4 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
sea salt
1/4 tsp
red pepper
1/2 c
celery, chopped fine
2
eggs
1/2 tsp
paprika, sweet mild
1 Tbsp
parsely flakes
1 1/2 c
crushed cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp
cooking oil

How to Make Salmon patties

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain and clean any bones out of the canned salmon. Add fish to bowl with other ingredients and mix well. Heat skillet/frying pan with 2 Tbs. oil.
  • 2Take an ice cream scoop full of batter and either form into a patty on wax paper or put right into the skillet and press down with a spatula to form a patty.
  • 3Fry until lightly browned on each side about 1-2 minutes depending on your stove.
