Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz. canned salmon
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
- 1 tablespoon parsely flakes
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Drain and clean any bones out of the canned salmon. Add fish to bowl with other ingredients and mix well. Heat skillet/frying pan with 2 Tbs. oil.

Step 2Take an ice cream scoop full of batter and either form into a patty on wax paper or put right into the skillet and press down with a spatula to form a patty.

Step 3Fry until lightly browned on each side about 1-2 minutes depending on your stove.
