This is another recipe that I got from my mother and I love it as does everyone else I have made it for.

  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz. canned salmon
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped fine
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped fine
  • 3/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped fine
  • 2
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsely flakes
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil

How to Make Salmon patties


  1. Drain and clean any bones out of the canned salmon. Add fish to bowl with other ingredients and mix well. Heat skillet/frying pan with 2 Tbs. oil.
  2. Take an ice cream scoop full of batter and either form into a patty on wax paper or put right into the skillet and press down with a spatula to form a patty.
  3. Fry until lightly browned on each side about 1-2 minutes depending on your stove.
