Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, canned
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika or 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 - egg yolks, well beaten
- 3 - egg whites, stiffly beaten
How To Make salmon loaf

Step 1Remove dark sking and bones from salmon. Separate into flakes with fork

Step 2Combine all ingredients, except egg whites. Mix well. Then fold in egg whites

Step 3Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake until lightly brown on top. at 325 oven
