Ingredients
- 4 large salmon steaks
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
- 8 small baby sweet peppers
- 6 large portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 large sweet onion, i like vidalias
- 8 small cherry or grape tomatoes
How To Make salmon kebabs

Step 1cut salmon steaks into chunks and marinade for 1 hour in teriyaki marinade.

Step 2cut up vegetables in a bit larger than bite size pieces so they stay on the skewers. place vegetables and salmon on skewers in any order you wish. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
