Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs, fresh
- 1 pound salmon, canned
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon green bell pepper, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, buttered
How To Make salmon delight

Step 1Beat the egg and milk together and add the soft bread crumbs.

Step 2Flake the salmon, removing the skin and bones, and add to the milk and bread crumb mixture; add the cheddar cheese and seasonings, blending well.

Step 3Place in a greased casserole and top with the buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Step 4May be served plain or with your favorite tomato or egg sauce.
