Ingredients

  • 34 ounces corn, cream-style
  • 15 ounces salmon, drained and flaked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cracker crumbs, with 1 tablespoon reserved
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • butter

How To Make salmon-corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Butter 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Combine all ingredients except butter and reserved crumbs in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Turn into prepared dish; sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  • Step 5
    Bake until set, about 1 hour; serve immediately.
