Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked salmon
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 3 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- - a pinch of cayenne pepper
How To Make salmon cakes

Step 1Crumble salmon in mixing bowl. Saute onions, & add them to the bowl. Add half the bread crumbs & all of the eggs. Add remaining ingredients except remaining bread crumbs. Mix well. Form 8 patties about 4 oz. each. Dredge the patties in remaining bread crumbs. Freeze the patties. The reason for freezing is so you can hold the shape of the pattie. Pull the patties from the freezer, & fry at 350 degrees to golden brown. You can freeze patties until you need them. They can be microwaved or warmed in oven.
