Ingredients
- 4 pounds salmon, canned
- 1 medium red pepper finely diced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper finely diced
- 1 medium green pepper finely diced
- 1 large onion minced
- 3 medium ribs celery minced
- 4 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs or enough to hold the cakes together
How To Make salmon cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients except the salmon and bread crumbs.

Step 2Then fold in the salmon and bread crumbs.

Step 3Form into patties and saute or bake until hot all the way through.

Step 4We like to serve on a salad or brown rice.
