Ingredients
- 16 ounces salmon (bumble bee)
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ketchup
How To Make salmon cakes

Step 1drain liquid from salmon and break it up in the bowl .

Step 2add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, May need to adjust the ketchup to your taste

Step 3Drop spoonfuls into a pan that has some oil in it and heated on medium heat or little less. The size of a hamburger patty is the size I use and cook until browned, flip over and brown the other side. Drain on paper towel.
