I don't remember where I got this recipe but Everyone likes them.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces salmon (bumble bee)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

How To Make salmon cakes

  • Step 1
    drain liquid from salmon and break it up in the bowl .
  • Step 2
    add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, May need to adjust the ketchup to your taste
  • Step 3
    Drop spoonfuls into a pan that has some oil in it and heated on medium heat or little less. The size of a hamburger patty is the size I use and cook until browned, flip over and brown the other side. Drain on paper towel.
