I could eat salmon everyday. This is one of my many favorite sandwiches

Ingredients

  • - 8 slices bacon
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 4 salmon fillets
  • - 1/4 c mayo
  • - 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • - 8 slices sourdough bread,toasted lightly
  • - 2 tablespoons minced dill pickle
  • - 4 pieces romaine lettuce
  • - 4 slices tomato
  • - 4 thinly sliced red onion
  • - salt and black pepper
  • - garlic powder

How To Make salmon blt

  • Step 1
    Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain and set aside. Wipe out the skillet and heat oil over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt,pepper and garlic powder,cook just until done 2-3 minutes on each side. In a small bowl,mix mayo,horseradish,pickles and 1/4 t pepper. Spread on bread slices,add lettuce tomato,onion salmon and bacon.
