Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon
- 1/2 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make salmon balls

Step 1Put salmon and its juice in a bowl, remove skin and bones.

Step 2Add rice and onions, egg salt and pepper; mix well and form into small balls.

Step 3Put in greased casserole leaving space for expansion.

Step 4Mix the soup and water and pour over the balls; cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
