Salmon, Asparagus And Swiss Cheese
This tasty recipe is a favorite when faced with something to prepare and it needs to be quick.

- 3 Tbsp
- 1 c
- skim milk
- 1/4 tsp
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 oz
- swiss cheese (or 3 oz low fat)
- 1 can(s)
- asparagus, drained
- 6 oz
- canned salmon, drained
- 1 Tbsp
- white wine (optional)
How to Make Salmon, Asparagus And Swiss Cheese
- 1Whisk together 1st 4 ingredients and microwave until bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
Add cheese and stir to melt.
- 2Stir in asparagus, salmon, and optional white wine.
Microwave 1 minute to heat through.
- 3Serve with baked potato or over a toasted English muffin.
