  • 10 oz
    corn, frozen
  • 6.5 oz
    salmon, canned and drained
  • 3/4 c
    brown rice
  • 2/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    chicken broth, low salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Salmon and Brown Rice Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine corn, salmon, uncooked rice, water, green onions, bouillon granules and dill weed; cover and bake 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered, 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
