Ingredients
- 6 dressed trout
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup fresh bread cubes
- 3 tablespoons pimentos, chopped
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
How To Make rainbow trout with herb stuffing

Step 1Sprinkle salt over inside and outside of trout.

Step 2Saute bread in 1/4 cup butter until brown.

Step 3Stir often.

Step 4Add onions and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.

Step 5Stir in parsley, lemon juice, marjoram and dash of salt.

Step 6Mix and stuff fish with mixture.

Step 7Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
