salt
1/4 c
chopped parsley
1 c
fresh bread cubes
3 Tbsp
pimentos, chopped
2/3 c
butter
3 tsp
lemon juice
1 small
can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp
marjoram

How to Make Rainbow Trout with Herb Stuffing

Step-by-Step

  • 1Sprinkle salt over inside and outside of trout.
  • 2Saute bread in 1/4 cup butter until brown.
  • 3Stir often.
  • 4Add onions and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
  • 5Stir in parsley, lemon juice, marjoram and dash of salt.
  • 6Mix and stuff fish with mixture.
  • 7Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
