Ingredients

dressed trout
1 c
onions, sliced
1 tsp
salt
1/4 c
chopped parsley
1 c
fresh bread cubes
3 Tbsp
pimentos, chopped
2/3 c
butter
3 tsp
lemon juice
1 small
can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp
marjoram

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle salt over inside and outside of trout.
2Saute bread in 1/4 cup butter until brown.
3Stir often.
4Add onions and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
5Stir in parsley, lemon juice, marjoram and dash of salt.
6Mix and stuff fish with mixture.
7Place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
