these are my favorite salmon patties my whole family loves them,they are big and fluffy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can pink salmon (16 oz.)
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons save salmon juice from can
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 CUPS OIL

How To Make quick salmon patties

  • Step 1
    drain salmon. set aside 2 tablespoon salmon juice.
  • Step 2
    in medium bowl, mix, salmon, egg, parsley and onion until sticky.
  • Step 3
    stir in flour
  • Step 4
    in small bowl add baking powder and 2tbl salmon juice until foamy
  • Step 5
    stir in salmon mitxure
  • Step 6
    form in to small patties
  • Step 7
    mixture will be wet and sticky
  • Step 8
    fry until golden brown
