these are my favorite salmon patties my whole family loves them,they are big and fluffy.

Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon (16 oz.)
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons save salmon juice from can
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 CUPS OIL
How To Make quick salmon patties

Step 1drain salmon. set aside 2 tablespoon salmon juice.

Step 2in medium bowl, mix, salmon, egg, parsley and onion until sticky.

Step 3stir in flour

Step 4in small bowl add baking powder and 2tbl salmon juice until foamy

Step 5stir in salmon mitxure

Step 6form in to small patties

Step 7mixture will be wet and sticky
