these are my favorite salmon patties my whole family loves them,they are big and fluffy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    pink salmon (16 oz.)
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    save salmon juice from can
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 CUPS OIL

How to Make quick salmon patties

Step-by-Step

  1. drain salmon. set aside 2 tablespoon salmon juice.
  2. in medium bowl, mix, salmon, egg, parsley and onion until sticky.
  3. stir in flour
  4. in small bowl add baking powder and 2tbl salmon juice until foamy
  5. stir in salmon mitxure
  6. form in to small patties
  7. mixture will be wet and sticky
  8. fry until golden brown
