Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 pound crawfish tails or cooked shrimp
- dash paprika
- pinch of red pepper flakes to taste
How To Make quick & easy crawfish/shrimp etoufee

Step 1Melt butter; Add flour. Stir in onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until tender

Step 2Add soup. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 3Add salt , pepper, green onion and parsley. Add crawfish tails or cooked shrimp. Cook over low heat till seafood is heated through.

Step 4Add paprika for some pink color to the dish and red pepper flakes to taste.

Step 5Serve over cooked rice.
