Ingredients
- 4 - catfish fillets
- 1 - lemon, quartered
- dash soy sauce
- dash garlic powder, pepper, cajun seasoning
How To Make quick but good catfish

Step 1Rinse fillets and pat dry.

Step 2Place on broiler pan. Sprinkle with soy sauce on top of each. Squeeze lemon on each. Season to taste.

Step 3Top with a pat of butter. Broil 5 to 7 minutes. Turn over. Repeat with soy sauce and seasonings on this side. Broil another 5 to 7 minutes.
