quick and tasty salmon patties
I just love these salmon patties! I love using the Ritz Crackers because they add the salty sweetness to the patties and the added flavors just make them even better! You can serve these with a tartar sauce, ketchup or plain!

How To Make quick and tasty salmon patties
-
Step 1Before you begin, start heating up the oil in a skillet, get your plate lined with paper towels and take off your rings cause you are about to get messy.
-
Step 2In a large bowl, dump in your drained salmon, 2 eggs, crushed crackers and seasoning. Mix well and begin to make your patties. I usually make mine about the size of a hockey puck. I also like to go ahead and make all of the patties at once before I begin cooking them.
-
Step 3Once you have the patties prepared, place each one carefully into the skillet and cook each side for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from skillet to the towel-lined plate to drain and there it is! Salmon patties are done!
