Ingredients
- 2 - cedar grilling planks (7 1/4 x 12 inch)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - salmon fillets
How To Make plank- grilled lemon salmon

Step 1Place cedar planks in a large container, and weigh down with heavy object. Cover with water, and soak 8 hours

Step 2Combine dill and next 5 ingredients. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper

Step 3Remove planks from water, and grill, with grill cover down, over medium-high heat 2 minutes, or until the planks begin to lightly smoke. Place salmon on planks, and grill, covered with grill lid, until fish flakes with a fork (15 - 20 minutes) Remove fish from planks to serving plate with a spatula.

Step 4Spoon herb mixture over salmon, and serve
