Ingredients
- 6 - mountain trout
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- - salt and pepper
- - vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - lemon wedges
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
How To Make perfect fried trout

Step 1Clean trout.

Step 2Pat the dry.

Step 3Mix the flour with salt and pepper.

Step 4Dip the trout inside and out with the seasoned flour mixture.

Step 5Fry the trout in about 1/4-inch deep of vegetable oil.

Step 6Fry for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and tender.

Step 7Place trout on a serving platter.

Step 8Melt butter and pour it over trout.

Step 9Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
