"pepper's" fish in foil
I was fed this wonderful recipe by a program aide "Pepper" in camp. She had asked me how to cook it without the butter because her girls forgot to bring it, so I loaned her some PAM and she sprayed the foil with it...this was very good, and a nice treat to have someone cook for me!
