Ingredients
- 1 cup pecan chopped
- 1 cup honey
- 1 stick butter
- 4 salmon fillet skinless 4 to 6 oz each
- salt and pepper
How To Make pecan honey butter scottish salmon

Step 1In a saucepan add the pecans, honey and 1/2 the butter. Over medium high heat cook until the pecans are coated in a glossy glaze. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2Season the Salmon with salt and pepper. Add the remaining butter to a skillet. Saute the salmon until firm to the touch about 4 minutes per side.

Step 3Pour the glaze over the fillets and cook over low heat until the salmon is cooked to desired doneness basting with the sauce Serve
