Ingredients
- 31 ounces salmon, skinned, de-boned, and drained
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 2 - 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - 1 cups cracker crumbs
- 8 1/2 ounces peas, drained
- 1/4 cup ketchup (optional)
- 1 - 2 cups tartar sauce
How To Make peas and salmon loaf

Step 1Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs; carefully fold in peas

Step 2Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350 oven 30 minutes.

Step 3Spread loaf with ketchup; bake 5 minutes longer.

Step 4Serve with tartar sauce on the side.
