How to Make Peas And Salmon Loaf
- Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs; carefully fold in peas
- Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350 oven 30 minutes.
- Spread loaf with ketchup; bake 5 minutes longer.
- Serve with tartar sauce on the side.
