Ingredients

12 ozuncooked linguine
-
3 clovegarlic minced
-
1 can(s)anchovies {2 ounce} undrained
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 can(s)8 ounce clam juice
-
1 can(s)6 1/2 ounce minced clams undrained
-
1/3 cwater
-
2 Tbspdried oregano
-
2 Tbspminced fresh parsley
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
1/2 cof red and green pepper each diced
How to Make Pasta with clam Sauce
- Cook pasta according to package directions,,drain and set aside keep warm.
- In a wok or saucepan saute the garlic and anchovies in the oil for 3 or 4 minutes, breaking up the anchovies.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients except the parmesan cheese, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce is reduced by half..toss with the pasta and sprinkle the cheese over the clamsauce and pasta.
