Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 black cod filets
How To Make parsley pesto steamed black cod

Step 1Place the garlic, parsley, walnuts, salt, pepper and zest of the lemon in a food processor. Process with the olive oil drizzling in until it is well mixed.

Step 2Place the filet in the basket of a steamer and top with the pesto.

Step 3Steam for about 10 minutes.
