This crispy and flaky Parmesan red pepper fish will be a hit at your dinner table. Red pepper adds a touch of warmth to the Mahi Mahi without making it overly spicy. When fried, Panko crumbs and Parmesan cheese create a crispy exterior that complements the tender, flaky fish. To complete the meal, serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetable.
