Ingredients

1salmon filet (wild-caught alaska salmon); may use frozen, thawed

4-5 Tbspmayonnaise

2/3 cseasoned bread crumbs

4-5 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated

4 Tbspmelted butter
How to Make Parmesan-crusted Salmon
- Place whole salmon filet skin side down in baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over entire filet.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs and Parmesan. Spoon mixture over salmon and spread gently to cover filet.
