My son is one of the pickiest eaters on earth. Now that he's in his early 20s, he's more willing to try new things (other than pizza, cheeseburgers and hot dogs), and he loves this dish!
It's super easy and really delicious. Always be sure to buy only wild-caught fish -- never farm-raised. It's better for you and your family, and better for the environment.
Try serving this dish with our Rosemary Red Potatoes and some fresh garlic green beans.
salmon filet (wild-caught alaska salmon); may use frozen, thawed
seasoned bread crumbs
parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make parmesan-crusted salmon
Place whole salmon filet skin side down in baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over entire filet.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs and Parmesan. Spoon mixture over salmon and spread gently to cover filet.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done.
