2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
1/8 tspcayenne pepper
12crushed ritz crackers
How to Make Parmesan Crusted Salmon
- Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place your salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, dillweed and cayenne pepper. Spread the mixture on top of the salmon filets.
- Sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs on top of the mayonnaise mixture. Bake until fish is done (flakes easily with a fork), about 15 minutes.
