I can't remember where I got this recipe; I wish I could take credit for it though! It is very easy and super delicious. It is one of my very favorite salmon recipes. I like to serve it with roasted asparagus...delish!

- 2 - boneless, skinless salmon filets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dillweed
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- - lemon juice
- 12 - crushed ritz crackers
How To Make parmesan crusted salmon

Step 1Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place your salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, dillweed and cayenne pepper. Spread the mixture on top of the salmon filets.

Step 3Sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs on top of the mayonnaise mixture. Bake until fish is done (flakes easily with a fork), about 15 minutes.
