Parmesan Crusted Salmon
- boneless, skinless salmon filets
- 1/4 c
- 2 Tbsp
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp
- 1/8 tsp
- cayenne pepper
- lemon juice
- crushed ritz crackers
How to Make Parmesan Crusted Salmon
- 1Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place your salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- 2In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, dillweed and cayenne pepper. Spread the mixture on top of the salmon filets.
- 3Sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs on top of the mayonnaise mixture. Bake until fish is done (flakes easily with a fork), about 15 minutes.
