Ingredients

1/2 cup parmesan grated cheese
2 large catfish filets
1 teaspoon butter
1 can cooking spray

How To Make parmesan catfish filets

Step 1

Wash catfish filets and then roll in parmesan cheese.

Step 2

Put fish in baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3

Put a half tsp butter on each fish.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
