Ingredients
- 4 - (approx. 6 oz.) cod or other white fish fillets (4 servings)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dry italian style bread cumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (kraft green jar type)
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley
How To Make parmesan-basil cod

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray rack over jelly roll pan with cooking spray.

Step 3In a small shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, dry basil, salt, pepper and paprika.

Step 4In another dish, mix melted butter and parsley.

Step 5Brush butter mixture on both sides of fish and dip into crumb mixture.

Step 6Place fish on rack.

Step 7Bake uncovered at 350 for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. .

Step 8Sprinkle with more fresh parsley if desired.
