- fresh crushed red peppers.(or dry red peppers)
- 1 medium
- chopped onion
- 1/4 c
- of water
- 2 lb
- of white thick fish (or pollock)
- 4 medium
- potatoes (chopped )
Add more potatoe if needed.
Just add to your taste .
AND let it cook until fish is nice and tender.
Serve, with a crusty slice of bread and butter,and nice glass of white oro wine.
