Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons fresh crushed red peppers.(or dry red peppers)
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 pounds of white thick fish (or pollock)
- 4 medium potatoes (chopped )
How To Make papa joe's fish chowder

Step 1ADD .Sautey onions little bit olive oil( 1TSP)

Step 2Potatoes and crush peppers .AND cook for only 2-3 minutes.

Step 3HALFWAY done potatoes,Add fish salt, pepper for taste. Add more potatoe if needed.

Step 4ADD a little milk(low fat milk,Or LIGHT CREAM) Just add to your taste . AND let it cook until fish is nice and tender. Serve, with a crusty slice of bread and butter,and nice glass of white oro wine. Enjoy and make new memories,with family friends and grandbabies. Thank You Papa JOE .
