Ingredients For pan fried suckers
- MIX:

2parts wheat flour

1part pumpernickle rye flour

1part corn meal

sucker fish fillets
How To Make pan fried suckers

1Combine mix ingredients. Mix well. Shake sucker fillets in flour mixture using a paper bag. Lay fillets on a rack for about 1/2 an hour. Flour will absorb moisture.

2Heat oil or fat. Shake fish in flour again before dropping into the pan.
