Ingredients
- 1 pound tilapia
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter
How To Make oven-fried-fish

Step 1Thaw fish if frozen.

Step 2Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 3Place milk in a shallow dish

Step 4Place flour in another shallow dish.

Step 5In a 3rd dish combine bread crumbs, cheese, dill & pepper & toss with butter.

Step 6Dip each piece of fish in the milk, then flour, then milk again, then bread crumb mixture.

Step 7Place fish on a greased baking sheet.

Step 8Bake uncovered at 450°F for 6-9 minutes, until fish flakes with fork.
