How to Make oven-fried-fish
- 1Thaw fish if frozen.
- 2Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- 3Place milk in a shallow dish
- 4Place flour in another shallow dish.
- 5In a 3rd dish combine bread crumbs, cheese, dill & pepper & toss with butter.
- 6Dip each piece of fish in the milk, then flour, then milk again, then bread crumb mixture.
- 7Place fish on a greased baking sheet.
- 8Bake uncovered at 450°F for 6-9 minutes, until fish flakes with fork.
