Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    tilapia
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    butter

How to Make oven-fried-fish

Step-by-Step

  1. Thaw fish if frozen.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place milk in a shallow dish
  4. Place flour in another shallow dish.
  5. In a 3rd dish combine bread crumbs, cheese, dill & pepper & toss with butter.
  6. Dip each piece of fish in the milk, then flour, then milk again, then bread crumb mixture.
  7. Place fish on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake uncovered at 450°F for 6-9 minutes, until fish flakes with fork.
