I found this recipe somewhere years ago. I always make notes on the recipes I try along with the dates and other tidbits. I noticed I made this years ago for the first time and it was excellent. Anything that my kids loved and ate, you can be reassured that this recipe is a keeper.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - doz. crushed ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- - lemon wedges
How To Make oven fried fish fillets

Step 1Cut the fillets into serving pieces.

Step 2Add the salt to the milk. Dip the fillets in the milk and roll in the cracker crumbs.

Step 3Place fillets in a shallow well greased baking pan. Sprinkle each piece with melted margarine.

Step 4Bake in a 500 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes.

Step 5Garnish with lemon wedges.
