How to Make Oven Fried Fish Fillets
- 1Cut the fillets into serving pieces.
- 2Add the salt to the milk. Dip the fillets in the milk and roll in the cracker crumbs.
- 3Place fillets in a shallow well greased baking pan. Sprinkle each piece with melted margarine.
- 4Bake in a 500 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes.
- 5Garnish with lemon wedges.
