How to Make Oven Fried Fish Fillets
- Cut the fillets into serving pieces.
- Add the salt to the milk. Dip the fillets in the milk and roll in the cracker crumbs.
- Place fillets in a shallow well greased baking pan. Sprinkle each piece with melted margarine.
- Bake in a 500 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
