fine cornflake crumbs
1preheat oven to 400. coat a baking pan with cooking spray. cut each fillet into 3 inch wide pieces.
2in a shallow dish, combine egg, oil, salt, pepper, dill weed, paprika and garlic powder. place cornflake crumbs in a separate shallow dish.
3dip fish pieces into egg mixture, then in cornflakes. place on prepared baking pan and bake 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
