Ingredients
- 2 pounds cod or haddock fillets
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/4
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup fine cornflake crumbs
How To Make oven fried fish

Step 1preheat oven to 400. coat a baking pan with cooking spray. cut each fillet into 3 inch wide pieces.

Step 2in a shallow dish, combine egg, oil, salt, pepper, dill weed, paprika and garlic powder. place cornflake crumbs in a separate shallow dish.

Step 3dip fish pieces into egg mixture, then in cornflakes. place on prepared baking pan and bake 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
