Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and even fish haters will love this dish. An added bonus is it's easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 3/4 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 lb
    fish fillets (flounder, halibut, etc.)
  • 1 c
    corn flake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine egg, water, Tabasco sauce and salt, beat until well blended. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture.

    Coat generously with corn flake crumbs.

    Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
