- 1 pound salmon, skinless filet
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
How To Make oriental salmon cakes

Step 1Steam or poach the salmon for about 4 minutes. Let cool and flake.

Step 2Mix all the ingredients and form into 3 ounce patties.

Step 3saute in a pn on med low heated all the way through. And serve.
