  • 1 lb
    salmon, skinless filet
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickled ginger minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs

How to Make Oriental Salmon Cakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Steam or poach the salmon for about 4 minutes.
    Let cool and flake.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and form into 3 ounce patties.
  3. saute in a pn on med low heated all the way through.
    And serve.
