Ingredients For oriental salmon cakes

  • 1 lb
    salmon, skinless filet
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickled ginger minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs

How To Make oriental salmon cakes

  • 1
    Steam or poach the salmon for about 4 minutes. Let cool and flake.
  • 2
    Mix all the ingredients and form into 3 ounce patties.

    saute in a pn on med low heated all the way through. And serve.
