This is a wonderful recipe. It has touch of citrus that adds a really nice finish to the sauce. And it's ready in less than 20 minutes, too. So it's perfect even for those busy nights when you don't have a lot of time to cook.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 4 - salmon fillets (each to be 6-ounces and 1 inch thick)
How To Make orange teriyaki salmon

Step 1Preheat oven to 450°F.

Step 2In an 8x8-inch baking dish, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger. Add salmon, and spoon sauce over salmon.

Step 3Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, occasionally basting with the sauce.
