Orange Teriyaki Salmon
3 Tbsporange juice
2 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspbottled minced garlic
2 tspground ginger
4salmon fillets (each to be 6-ounces and 1 inch thick)
How to Make Orange Teriyaki Salmon
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In an 8x8-inch baking dish, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger. Add salmon, and spoon sauce over salmon.
- Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, occasionally basting with the sauce.
