orange glazed salmon with tomato
A friend gave us a fresh Salmon he had just caught and I got some fresh cherry tomatoes from a co-worker so I whipped up this dish for dinner. It was amazing.

Ingredients
- 4 - salmon fillets
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - inch knob ginger minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup cilantro for garnish
How To Make orange glazed salmon with tomato

Step 1Mix ingredients for sauce together. Set aside.

Step 2Add oil to hot pan. Sear Salmon on one side. Turn salmon over.

Step 3Pour the glaze over the salmon. Reduce heat and cook turning salmon in glaze. Cook until salmon is no longer pink 5 minutes depending on the thickness of fish. Throw in the tomatoes during the last 2 minutes.

Step 4Serve with glaze drizzled over top Garnish with cilantro
