Ingredients
- 4 5-oz - moonfish filets
- 3 ounces crabmeat, cooked
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons green onion, thinly sliced
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
How To Make opah (moonfish) stuffed with crab

Step 1Separate crab meat and remove bits of shell and membrane.

Step 2Mix with mayonnaise and green onion.

Step 3Cut a pocket in the opah filet and fill with crab mix.

Step 4Season filet with salt and pepper.

Step 5Sear in clarified butter on both sides over medium high heat.

Step 6Place in 350F oven for 5 minutes to finish cooking.
