not your usual tuna casserole

This is a different type Tuna Dinner. People who don't like mushrooms will love this, cheesy good! You can add mushrooms, peas or other veggie to this and it just gets better.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, packed in water
  • 1 box (small) elbow macaroni
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can soup can of milk
  • 1 medium onion - diced
  • 1/2 box velveta cheese (1/2 pound) cubes
  • - ritz crackers or whatever you like to top it with
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make not your usual tuna casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni as stated box - drain Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix drained tuna, soup, milk, cheese,onion, salt and pepper together in large bowl with macaroni. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Place mix in casserole pan and top with crushed ritz, chips, panko or whatever topping you like.
  • Step 3
    I like to cover it with foil for about the first 30 minutes and then remove foil for last 15 minutes and bake at 350 degrees until hot and topping is browned.
