How to Make New England Clam Chowder Over Fish
- 1Arrange Fish (Tilapia, Cod, Flounder,etc) in Baking Dish. Add salt and pepper as needed, lemon juice.
- 2Cook in oven 10 +- minutes. 350 degrees.
Take out of oven and add Clam chowder on top of fish. Cook in oven another 15 minutes @ 350 degrees.
- 3Adjust cook time and heat degrees to suit.
When ready to serve add Oyster Crackers on top.
