Blue Ribbon Recipe

These tacos are plain incredible.  I was expecting them to be good, but was overwhelmed by the impact of all the flavors when the ingredients were mixed together. 

The marinade for the fish would be fun to try in other fish dishes as well. I think it would be good to use on the grill or even on a plank. 

Kudos to Shell on this recipe. I can’t wait to enjoy them again!

    flour

    old bay seasoning

  • 1 lb
    white fish 1 inch wide by 3-4 inch long. i use bass fish
