One day I was going to bake some Steelhead trout and wanted a little something extra. My mother told me about her mother's sauce she made for fish. So I tried it. Loved it.

cup of mayonnaise

to 1/2 tsp of curry powder (to taste)
salt and pepper

How To Make my grandmother's curry sauce for fish

Make sure the garlic is well mashed or put through a garlic press. Stir into the 1 cup of Mayo, the add the curry powder. Mix well and let sit for an hour in the fridge. Serve with fish, or even chicken.
