I was tied of cooking my fish the same old way, so I decided to create a sauce for my fish, I came up with this sauce to serve over my fish.

Ingredients
- 6 - pieces of the fish of your choose
- - salt and pepper
- - flour
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
How To Make my butter cream fish

Step 1Directions: Season fish with salt and pepper and flour the fish on both side, place fish in oil on medium heat until brown on each side.

Step 2Sauce: Add butter, capers, honey mustard,brown sugar in a small sauce pan heat for 5 minutes, then serve over hot fish, this fish goes well with a nice salad.
