This is a great little recipe, I use the Albacore for a milder flavor and not fishy

Ingredients For my albacore tuna casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 stick
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    chedder cheese
  • 2 can
    albacore tuna in water
  • 1/2 can
  • salt and pepper
  • bbq chips
  • parmesan cheese
  • italian bread crumbs

How To Make my albacore tuna casserole

  • 1
    PRE HEAT oven to 350, fine chop celery, grate chedder cheese, chop onion and flake albacore
  • 2
    in a medium bowl, mix the first eight ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray.

    top casserole with Italian bread crumbs or crushed bbq chips or Parmesan cheese, or you can use them all on top and bake in oven for about 20 minutes
