  • 10 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pound small shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • - salt & pepper, to taste
  • - parsley, to taste

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Whip milk & eggs, pour in bowl. Add crackers, onions, garlic, cheeses, bell pepper, shrimp, salt, pepper & parsley; mix well. Put into greased 9 x 12" pan. Pour butter over. Bake 30 minutes.
